How Pricing Works
1. Free Consultation
Your project begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and answer questions.
During this call, I learn what you hope to accomplish and help you determine whether my services are the right fit.
2. Paid 2-Hour Discovery Session – Required for All New Clients
Because photos vary widely in quantity, condition, format, and complexity, it’s not possible to provide an accurate estimate without first seeing the collection.
The Discovery Session allows me to:
- Review the state of your printed and digital photos
- Understand your goals clearly
- Assess devices, albums, drives, and cloud accounts
- Identify challenges and opportunities
- Create a roadmap that fits your timeline and priorities
Discovery Session: $160 (2 hours at $80/hr)
At the end of this session, you’ll receive:
- A tailored project plan
- A proposed timeline
- An estimated total cost
- Tiered subscription options (if applicable)
3. Project Deposit
When we move forward after receiving your estimate and project plan, a 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to begin work.
This secures your place in my schedule and allows me to start preparing your collection for organization or scanning.
Base Pricing
Hourly Rate
- $80 per hour for all services, including digital organization, printed photo organization, project planning, photo books, slideshows, and general photo management work.
Scanning
- $0.50 per scan for printed photos 8×10 and smaller
Larger formats, oversized prints, albums, slides, negatives, and specialty materials are quoted separately.

✔ Monthly Subscription Plans
For clients who want consistent, steady progress or ongoing maintenance, I offer three monthly tiers with included hours and discounted scanning rates.
(Perfect for multi-device, multi-cloud, or multi-year digital photo cleanups.)
✔ Hybrid Approaches
Some clients choose a combination — starting with a subscription for momentum, then transitioning to hourly work for finishing touches or special projects.
